后外侧减压植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨后外侧减压植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折临床方法及临床效果。方法对我院56例胸腰段爆裂骨折患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者平均手术时间为(115±16)min,平均透视时间为(15.6±8.3)min,平均出血量为(410±15)mL。治疗后患者AMS评分较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者Cobb角、前后椎体高度较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。共出现6例并发症,发生率为10.7%。结论后外侧减压植骨融合内固定治疗胸腰段爆裂骨折效果确切,手术时间短,出血量少,对患者影响较小,值得推广。[ Objective ] To study the posterolateral decompression, bone graft fusion and internal fixation treatment of the thoracic lumbar burst fracture method and clinical effect. [ Methods ] 56 eases of thoracic lumbar burst fracture patients in our hospital clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. [ Rcsluts ] The average operation time was （115 _＋ 16） in patients with rain, insight, the average time was （15.6 _＋ 8.3）min, average blood loss was （410 _＋ 15）mL. The treatment of patients after AMS scores there was a significant difference compared with before treatment, （P〈0.05）, the patients before and after the Cobb Angle, vertebral body height has the remarkable difference compared with before treatment, （P〈0.05）, the institute of statistical significance. There were 6 cases of complication, the rate of 10.7%. [ Conclusion ] Posterolateral decompression, bone graft fusion and internal fixation treatment of thoracic lumbar burst fracture effect, shorter operation time, blood loss less impact on patients is small, is worth promoting.
