摘　　要：目的研讨腹腔镜下子宫内膜癌并发症的观察及护理。方法对子宫内膜癌患者进行全面的评估,针对并发症发生的原因制定出护理计划并实施相应的护理措施。结果发生5例肩部疼痛;4例尿潴留;2例咽喉不适;2例恶心呕吐。无发生切口感染、脏器损伤、下肢静脉血栓等严重并发症。结论经观察的21例患者均治愈出院。Objective To explore observation and nursing care of the complications of laparoscopic uterine endometrial carcinoma. Methods To conduct a comprehensive assessment of endometrial cancer patients, aimed at the causes of complications develop care plans and the implementation of the corresponding nursing measures. Results The five cases of shoulder pain; 4 cases of urinary retention; 2 cases of throat discomfort;2 cases of nausea and vomiting. No serious complications occurred wound infection, organ injury, deep venous thrombosis of lower limb. Conclusion The observation of 21 cases of patients were cured and discharged.
