摘　　要：20世纪社会主义史上的头等大事莫过于苏联的兴亡。考察苏联兴亡的历史进程,总结苏联兴亡的历史经验已成为我国学者关注的热点,国际共运史专家高放教授对苏联问题进行了长达60年的跟踪研究,最近人民出版社出版了他自己汇编的《苏联兴亡通鉴:六十年跟踪研究评析》一书。本书书名独特、体裁独创,见解独到,切中苏联问题要害。它既可供资政参考,又能唤起更多学人探究如何借鉴苏联兴亡经验、尽快完善我国社会主义体制,振兴中华,是一本不可多得的苏联问题研究力作,值得读者细细品味。The first event in the history of socialism in the 20th century is the rise and fall of Soviet Union. Exploring into the historic process of the rise and fall of Soviet Union and summarizing the historical lessons of the rise and fall of Soviet Union have become a hot topic of Chinese scholars. Professor Gao Fang, an expert on the history of international communist movement, has made tracking and research for over 60 years on issues of the Soviet Union.
