摘　　要：运用专利地图方法对雷声公司的全球专利分布、专利申请人、专利发明人、技术热点情况进行了分析,并结合情报资料,探讨了雷声公司的并购业务、人员培养战略对技术发展的推动作用,最后对该公司未来发展所具备的优势与机遇,以及将面临的劣势与风险进行了描述。This article applies Patent Map Method to analyzing the global patent layout, patent assignees, patent inven- tors and hot technologies of Raytheon Company. Combined with intelligence information, it also discusses how Raytheon＇s Acquisition＆ Merger businesses and professional services have motivated the company＇s technology development. It ends with a SWOT analysis of Raytheon and some suggestions for the defense electronics companies in China.
