摘　　要：目的：了解医院环境MRSA检测在院内感染控制的意义。方法：在2010年10月至2012年2月期间，对我院各临床科室的医护人员、陪护人员的手和鼻前庭、住院患者的床头柜、床沿、床头和门把手进行采样，其中床头柜4株，床头和门把手各2株，住院患者床沿、医护人员手和陪护人员鼻前庭各1株。取标本358份标本，细菌鉴定利用VITEK-32和ATB半自动微生物鉴定仪进行。结果：共分离出65株葡萄球菌，而耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）为11株，占葡萄球菌的16.92%。结论：我院环境标本中MRSA分离率较高，为达到预防、减少和控制MRSA感染的目的，需要提高医院的环境质量。Objective：to investigate the effect of controlling nosocomial infection of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in our hospital environment. Methods：From October 2010 to February 2012, 385 specimens were sampled from hospital environment, for example hands of doctors and nurses, hospital beds, door handles, and so on. Bacterial isolates were identified by VITEK-32 and ATB.Results：65 Staphylococcus aureus isolates were collected. The rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus was 16.92%. Conclusions：The rate of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus in our hospital environment is high. It is urged to improve our hospital environment quality.
