摘 要:采用等离子熔覆(PTA)在Q235上制备出含有细小碳化铌的Fe-Cr-B-C-Nb熔覆层,设计了B含量分别为0,2.2%,3.2%,4.0%的四组合金,通过SEM,XRD,MLS-225型湿式橡胶轮磨粒磨损试验机,自制落锤冲击试验机研究了B含量对Fe-Cr-B-C-Nb熔覆层组织与性能的影响。结果表明B含量对熔覆层组织与性能有显著的影响,随B含量的增加,合金硬度不断增加,耐磨性逐渐增加,合金的耐冲击性逐渐变差,当B含量为2.2%时,合金具有良好的综合性能。Fe-Cr-B-C-Nb cladding layer containing ultrafine NbC were prepared by PTA on Q235 steel, a series of alloys containing different B content of 0, 2.2%, 3.2%, 4.0% were designed respectively to research the relationship between microstructure, properties and B content. The microstructures were investigated by SEM, XRD. The abrasive wear resistance performance and the impact resistance of the cladding layers was evaluated on the MLS-225 grain-abrasion testing machine and homemade drop hammer impact test machine respectively. The results show that the hardness and the wear resistance of the alloy containing submicron NbC increase with the increase of B content, but the impact resistant decrease. When B content is 2.2%, the overall performance of the alloy is best.
