摘　　要：本文借鉴人居环境科学理论,探索"沿淮内涝地区人居环境设计"背后的深层次设计内涵并提出创新设计的思路。尝试一种新的系统设计的模式,提升乡村人居环境创新设计的价值。Referencing the theory of the science of human settlements, this paper explores the deeper level of the design connotations which behind the whole process of ＆quot;research on environment design of human settlements in water logging areas along the Huaihe River＆quot;, and tries to advance something new. Trying a new means of system design, it is aimed to explore that how to promote the value of innovation design in rural areas.
