摘　　要：文中提出了构建煤炭行业公共物流信息平台,是煤炭行业信息化建设的未来发展趋势;分析了煤炭行业物流公共信息平台建设的必要性及可行性;介绍了公共物流信息平台及其国内外发展状况;为公共信息平台建设者提供了六大构建步骤;最后,探讨了煤炭行业物流公共信息平台的三种运营模式及其存在的优缺点。The construction of public logistics information platform （PLIP ）,is the future development trend of the informatization construction for the coal industry;necessity and feasibility of the PLIP construction were analyzed;PLIP and its development status at home and abroad were introduced;six PLIP construction steps were proposed;Finally,three operation modes and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed.
