摘　　要：通过对武汉东湖高新区创新文化建设调查分析基础上,对东湖高新区创新文化建设和特征进行评述,并提出进一步发展东湖高新区创新文化的对策建议,包括兼容并包的武汉文化利用、创新制度文化的完善、服务和激励结合的创新文化营造等。Through the investigation and analysis of the innovation culture of Wuhan Donghu Hi-Tech Development Zone on the basis of innovation culture and characteristics of Donghu Hi-Tech Development Zone be reviewed,and proposed further development of Donghu Hi-Tech Development Zone Suggestions culture of innovation,including the use of inclusive culture in Wuhan,innovation institutional culture of the perfect combination of services and incentives to create a culture of innovation and so on.
