摘　　要：针对自动化程度较高的生产系统中"人机利用率低,作业不规范,生产效率不能满足市场竞争需求"的问题,运用IE方法对人、机作业进行优化,进而通过作业标准化实现其生产效率的整体提升。以某装备制造企业的叶片生产系统为例进行实证研究,验证了其有效性。For the problems,including the low employee utilization rate,unregulated operations and low productivity in a high degree of automation of production system,optimize staffs and machines by using IE method,and then through the standard operation to improve the overall efficiency.Make empirical study on the blade production system in an equipment manufacturing enterprise,and verify the availability of the scheme.
