Objective To explore the effect of systematically ADL training in early ambulation of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 200 cerebral infarction patients in hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,100 cases in each;observation group was given ADL training method for systematic early intervention, the control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing; The two groups were compared before and after training in the assessment of activities of daily living and a bed time. Results The observation group were ADL training system intervention, the predischarge Barthel index score was (84.39 ± 12.75) points, the first time of out of bed time was (5 ± 2) days, and the control group were (84.39±12.75), (10 ± 3)days,in the observation group were was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). And the patients in the observation group were earlier than those in controlgroup under the bed time. Conclusion ADL can promote early rehabilitation training system of cerebral infarction in patients with early ambulation, is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction, reduce muscle atrophy, pneumonia, deep vein thrombosis and other complications, improve theself-care ability of patients, and reduce the burden of the family.
