摘　　要：本文着重介绍建筑非结构构件、经抗震加固后建筑以及隔震建筑在本次芦山地震中的震害特征及原因。根据震害原因的分析,思考并总结此次地震中建筑物抗震工作的经验与教训,对今后的抗震工作提出建议。In this paper, the earthquake damage characteristic and causes of non-structural components, buildings with seismic strengthening and isolation buildings in this earthquake are mainly presented. Through the analysis of the damage causes, the experiences and lessons in the work of the building seismic are summarized, and the advices and suggestions to the future seismic work are pointed out.
