大余麻鸭的体尺性状指标与体重的主成分分析

摘　　要：为了通过对大余麻鸭体尺和体重的测定和主成分分析,给大余麻鸭的选育和综合评价提供基础,试验选取500日龄120只(公、母各60只)大余麻鸭进行体重与体尺测量,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果表明:公、母鸭间除胫围无显著差异外,其他指标公鸭均极显著(P≤0.01)或显著(0.01<P≤0.05)高于母鸭,公鸭体重与体斜长、龙骨长、胫围、半潜水长、胸深、趾长均极显著相关(P≤0.01),母鸭体重与其他体尺指标的相关情况与公鸭大致相同,但与胸深无显著相关。说明公鸭的体重和绝大部分体尺指标极显著大于母鸭(P≤0.01),体重与骨架结构的关系很大,均可由各体尺指标来估算。对公鸭的体型性状进行选育时至少应包括体重、体斜长、龙骨长、胸宽、胸深、骨盆宽6个指标;对母鸭至少应包括体重、骨盆宽、半潜水长、龙骨长、胫围、趾长6个指标。To provide the basis for the breeding and comprehensive evaluation of Dayu Sheldrake, the body sizes and weights were measured and analyzed by principal component analysis. 120 Dayu sheldrakes including 60 males and 60 females at the age of 500 d, were used to measure the body weights and sizes, and then statistical analysis was carried out using software SPSS. The results showed that the indicators of the males except shank girth were extremely significantly higher （P≤0.01）or significantly higher （0.01 〈 P≤0.05 ） than those of the females; the body weights of the males had high significant correlation with the body slope lengths, keel lengths, shank girths, half - diving lengths, chest depths and toe lengths（ P ≤〈0.01 ）. The correlation of indexes of the females and males were in roughly the same situation, but the body weights of the females had no significant correlation with the chest depths. The results indicate that the body weights and major body measurement indexes of the males were significantly greater （ P≤0.01 ） than those of the females ,the correlation of the body weights and skeleton structures of the male ducks was high, thus the body weights of the male ducks could be estimated by the body measurement indexes. The results of principal component analysis showed that the selection of the body appearance of the male ducks should include the body weight, body slope length, keel length, chest width, chest depth and pelvis width at least ; the selection of female ducks should include the body weight, pelvis width, half - diving length, keel length, shank girth and toe length at least.
