摘  要:为了探讨千世杨对铅中毒小鼠脏器的解毒排铅保护作用,试验将48只小鼠随机分成正常对照组、醋酸铅模型组、阳性对照组和千世杨组。除正常组外,其他3组连续30 d自由饮用0.55 g/L的醋酸铅水溶液,30 d后测定小鼠体重、脏器指数、肝脏和肾脏功能、血清钙含量。结果表明:千世杨能够显著降低铅中毒引起的小鼠血清谷氨酸氨基转移酶和尿素水平的升高(P<0.05);对铅中毒引起的小鼠胸腺指数降低作用显著(P<0.05),能降低铅中毒引起的小鼠脾脏指数和心脏指数升高,但作用不明显。说明千世杨对肝脏、肾脏具有保护作用,能提高机体免疫功能。To investigate the role of Qianshiyang on detoxification, lead expelling and the protection of the visoerain mice caused by lead poisoning. A total of 48 mice were randomly divided into four groups including the normal control group, the model group with lead acetate, the positive control group,and the Qianshiyang group. In addition to the normal group, the mice in other three groups continued to drink 0.55 g/L of lead acetate solution for 30 days freely. Thirty days later,the body weight, viscera index,liver and kidney function,and serum calcium content of the mice were measured. The results showed that Qianshiyang could significantly reduce ( P 〈 0.05 ) the increase of serum alanine aminotransferase and urea levels in mice caused by lead poisoning. Qianshiyang could significantly lower ( P 〈 0.05 ) the thymus index of the mice caused by lead poisoning, it could reduce the increase of spleen index and cardiac index of the mice caused by lead poisoning, but the effect was not obvious. The results indicate that Qianshiyang has a protective effect on liver and kidney,it can improve the immune function.
