摘　　要：通过模拟采煤机工作实际工况,对扭矩轴进行加载试验,测试出被试件屈服扭矩和断裂时的最大扭矩、及断裂时的相对扭转角。验证扭矩轴安全系数在设计上与试验结果是否相符,对扭矩轴设计具有很好的指导意义。Through simulating the actual condition coal mining machine and carrying on loading experiment for the torque axis, the yield torque, maximum torque and the relative torsion angle at rupture were tested. Verifying whether the torque axis safety factors in the design is consistent with the experimental results has great guidance significance for torque axis design.
