摘 要:采用乙醇胺对石墨烯进行改性,一步合成了乙醇胺功能化石墨烯(EFG),探讨了实验条件对该过程的影响.结果表明,乙醇胺在对石墨烯进行功能化的同时还能起到还原氧化石墨烯(GO)的作用,反应产物的吸光度随着乙醇胺的用量、反应温度、反应体系pH值和反应时间的增加而增加,而产物中N元素的含量则随之减小,最佳合成条件为:乙醇胺与GO的质量比为4.0,反应温度50℃,体系pH7.0,反应时间12h.然后分别采用溶液共混法和原位还原法,制备了两种不同的EFG/聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)复合材料,研究了EFG的添加量和加入方式对PVB性能的影响.结果表明,EFG的引入可以极大的提高PVB的导电率、紫外线屏蔽能力和力学性能,且采用原位还原法的效果更好.当EFG添加量为3.0wt%时,复合材料的导电率较PVB升高了约6—7个数量级;当EFG的添加量仅为1.0wt%时,复合材料对紫外线的屏蔽能力就到达了90%以上.A novel chemical functionalized graphene (FG) was synthesized through facial covalent functionalization with ethanolamine, and the effects of experiment conditions on the properties of the product were investigated in detail. The results showed that the absorbanee of the product increased with increasing the content of ethanolamine, reaction temperature, pH and reaction time, while the content of N in the product decreased accordingly. It was concluded that the optimal properties of ethanolamine funetionalized graphene (EFG) were achieved when the mass ratio of ethanolamine to graphite oxide (GO) was 4.0, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the pH was 7.0 and the reaction time was 12 h. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) suggested that the ethanolamine could modify graphene and reduce graphene oxide simultaneously. Subsequently, the EFG/polyvinyl butyral (PVB) composite materials were prepared by two different ways, including solution blending method and in situ reduction method. Finally, The scanning electron microcopy, conductivity test, ultraviolet and visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and tensile test were performed to measure the morphology and properties of the EFG/PVB composites. It was illustrated that the introduction of EFG led to an improvement in the conductivity, the ultraviolet shielding ability and mechanical properties of PVB. Compared with the material through solution blending, the composite prepared by the in situ reduction had a better performance. When the content of the EFG reached 3.0 wt% , the composite showed a conductivity of about 10-3S. m-1, which is 106 higher than that of neat PVB. Meanwhile, the ultraviolet shielding ability reached 90% by only adding 1.0 wt% EFG.
