摘　　要：随着城镇化进程的推进,棚户区改造力度的加大,使原有的居民聚集格局发生了重大变化。由于后棚户社区的新特点,社区思想政治工作面临新的挑战。本文在探讨后棚户社区思想政治工作面临挑战的基础上,重点论述后棚户社区要利用党的思想政治工作优势,以科学发展的理念和策略,推进社区和谐稳定的新局面。With the advancement of urbanization, the shantytowns increase the intensity of reforming gradually, changing the original residents gather pattern. Because of new characteristics of post squatter community, the community＇s ideological and political work is facing new challenges. On the base of discussing the challenges and solutions of post squatter community＂ ideological and political work to face with, this thesis puts emphasis on post squatter community to utilize the advantage of the Party＇s ideological and political work, and according to the concept of scientific development strategy to promote the harmonious and stable community.
