摘　　要：国家公共文化服务体系示范区创建,给公共图书馆事业全面发展带来巨大机遇。从第一批31个示范区创建效果来看,公共图书馆服务体系建设日益完善,促进了图书馆服务条件显著改善、服务能力显著提升。流动服务、数字服务、移动服务蓬勃兴起。各地公共图书馆结合自身实际,在资源整合、服务创新、技术应用、用人制度、社会力量引导等方面,屡有突破,为我国图书馆事业发展积累了经验与提供了示范。The development of National Public Cultural Services System Demonstration Areas is one of the key national projects, which brings many chances for public libraries. With the daily improvement of the public library services system, the conditions and abilities of library services have been improved tremendously according to the performances of the first 31 demonstration areas. Motor library services, digital library services and mobile phone library services are thriving. Great achievements have been got in many areas of the librarianship, such as information resources integration, library services innovation, ITs application, human resources management system and NGOs guidance. In a word, the development of demonstration areas is conducive to accumulating experiences and providing cases for Chinese public librarianship development.
