摘　　要：2011年,文化部和财政部启动的国家公共文化服务体系示范区(项目)创建,是总分馆制实施的重大机遇。本文基于长沙图书馆总分馆制的具体实践,对总分馆制推广进行了思考和探索。In 2011, the creation of demonstration unit of the system of public cultural services, which is started by the ministry of culture and the ministry of finance, is a big opportunity for implementation of general - branch library. Based on the specific practice of general - branch library in the aspects of policy guarantee measures, running mode, team construction, promotion, and so on, this paper makes some thinking and exploration on the spread of general - branch library.
