摘　　要：本文通过选取合适的样本,采用实证的方法对公共图书馆和档案馆的政府信息服务实践进行对比研究,分析各自的优势和差异,并探讨存在的问题及原因,从中分析解决问题的基本途径,以期对公共图书馆和档案馆开展政府信息服务提供借鉴。By selecting the appropriate sample and the empirical method this article makes a comparative study on the government information services of public libraries and archives, and analyzes their respective strengths and differences, and discusses the problems and reasons. The solution is put forward in order to give good reference for government information services of public library and archives.
