摘　　要：以浙江省范围农民工作为对象,从信息行为的若干方面问题进行广泛的问卷调查,结果表明:农民工主动获取信息意识不强,电视、网络、报纸杂志是他们获取信息的主要途径,农民工较关注维权、法律等与自身利益和生活相关的信息。农民工利用网络能力有所提高,但在检索技术上还存在问题,"图书馆距离"依然存在。近三分之一的农民工参加过相关培训,没有时间和不知道培训事宜是他们不参加培训的主要原因。在此基础上,对如何改善农民工信息环境及提高农民工信息素养,提出了相关建议和服务对策。This paper makes a wide questionnaire survey of migrant workers in Zhejiang Province from several aspects of information behavior. Results indicate that the active consciousness to obtain information of migrant works is not strong, the owning of computers and the use of Internet is more common. TV, Internet, magazine and newspaper are the main way for them to gain information. Migrant workers are more concerned about legal and their own rights or life related information, the ability to use Internet has been improved, but there still exits some problems in information retrieval techniques and skills. ＂Library distance ＂ still exists. Nearly 1/3 of migrant workers participated in related training, no time and being ignorant of training programs is their main reason not to participate in training. Based on this, the related suggestions and strategy about how to improve the information environment and information literacy of migrant workers are put forward.
