摘　　要：本文通过分析公共图书馆网站的服务模式,提出从用户来源、用户体验、网站收录、网站访问量和网站排名五个方面对网站进行监测和优化。Through analyzing the service mode of public library website this paper puts forward monitoring index and the optimization method of public library website from five aspects of the user sources, user experience, website collection, website visits and website ranking.
