摘  要:提出一种基于数字控制的新型功率因数校正(PFC)控制算法。电流环采用改进的占空比控制,考虑数字控制特点加入电流项和电压项校正因子,并给出了电压项校正因子自适应算法;电压环采用具有前馈补偿的线性化比例—积分算法,引入输出电压滑动平均滤波法消除电压环对电流环的恶化影响以提升系统动态响应性能。文中以Boost电路PFC变换器为例阐明了算法的基本原理,搭建了基于数字信号处理器数字控制的千瓦级Boost电路PFC变换器硬件系统实验平台。仿真和实验均验证了算法可在宽输入电压、宽输出功率工作条件下实现接近单位功率因数的控制效果,输入电流总谐波失真低于5%,并且具有良好的快速动态响应性能。A novel digital power factor correction(PFC)algorithm is proposed with the current loop control based on a duty cycle control.In light of the digital control characteristics,the current correction factor and voltage correction factor are added to the determination and an adaptive algorithm for voltage correction is given,the voltage loop adopts proportional-integral(PI) control with feedforward compensation and linearization.The moving average filter is introduced to eliminate the interference the outer output voltage control loop imposes on the inner input current control loop.Meanwhile the fast dynamic response of output voltage is guaranteed.The algorithm is applied to a Boost PFC converter and a 1 600WBoost PFC converter controlled by a digital system based on the digital signal processor(DSP)is implemented.The results of simulation and experiments show that the algorithm can achieve close-to-unity power factor and a total harmonic distortion(THD)lower than 5% plus fast dynamic response under the wide input voltage and wide output power condition.
