摘 要:考虑底板为弹性底板,基于弹性地基理论,建立弹性底板上的液压支架底座受力分析模型,采用MATLAB软件的GUI图形界面系统,开发了一套弹性底板上的液压支架底座受力分析程序,通过人机交互界面把支架尺寸参数、材料参数及地基参数输入该系统,实现弹性底板比压计算以及底座弯矩和剪力计算。该系统可以实现不同底板情况下,液压支架底座受力的直观分析,为液压支架底座的优化设计提供依据。The foundation being considered as elastic one, the mechanical analysis model of the base of the hydraulic support on the elastic foundation was built. GUI graphical interface system of MATALB was applied to develop a set of mechanical analysis program for the base of the hydraulic support on the elastic foundation. The structural parameters, material parameters and foundation parameters were imported into the system through human-computer interface, and the specific pressure of the elastic foundation as well as the bending toque and shearing force of the base were obtained. The system realized the visual mechanical analysis of the base in various foundation conditions. It provided reference for the optimization design of the base of the hydraulic support.
