摘 要:基于磨辊料层粉碎工作过程和显示动力学有限元方法,将磨辊料层粉碎阶段的散体物料简化为连续体,模拟分析了物料在磨辊动态载荷作用下的瞬态粉碎过程,探讨了磨辊与物料的相互力学作用过程。结果表明,模拟结果与磨辊实际粉碎过程相吻合,瞬态动力学分析可以用来研究磨辊粉碎过程;辊压机磨辊与物料的接触方式对磨辊耐磨性能和粉碎性能具有一定影响。控制磨辊粉碎时的应力分布区域和深度可以改善磨辊耐磨性能;改变磨辊与物料接触部位力的传递方式会影响物料的粉碎效果,即改变磨辊与物料间力的相互作用状态,对辊压机的耐磨性和粉碎效果都将有一定积极的影响。用显示动力学分析方法模拟磨辊瞬态粉碎过程还很少见,可为进一步研究磨辊表面形态提供参考。Based on the process of material layer ground by grinding roller and explicit dynamic finite element method, the granular materials in the layer comminution stage were simplified as a continuous body. The transient material comminution process under the action of the dynamic loads of the roller was simulated, and then the mechanical action between the roller and materials was discussed. The results showed: the simulation results coincided with the actual comminution process, transient dynamic analysis could be used to study the roller grinding process; the contact manner of the roller with materials had a certain influence on the wearing resistance and comminution performance of the roller. By controlling the stress distribution area and depth of the roller during comminution process, the wearing resistance of the roller could be improved; the transmission manner of the force on the contact position between the roller and materials, that was the interaction of force between the roller and materials, affected the material comminution effects, which possessed positive influence on wearing resistance and comminution effects of the roller press. Application of explicit dynamic analysis method to simulation of transient comminution process was rarely, which offered references for further research on the roller surface morphology.
