摘 要:运用ANSYS软件对某型号立式磨磨盘进行有限元模态分析,分析了其固有频率和振型的变化情况。结果表明,第15阶时磨盘盘面发生三方向弯曲,磨机振幅加大。进而对磨盘颈部和磨盘落料区支撑板厚度的变化与固有频率的关系进行了优化。结果表明,磨盘落料区支撑板与颈部的厚度最佳增加值为100 mm,磨盘盘面三方向弯曲的固有频率增加了10.05%,提高了其固有频率,取得了较好的动态特性。ANSYS was applied to conduct the modal analysis on the grinding table of a vertical mill, and variation of its natural frequencies and vibration modes were analyzed. The results showed that the bending of the grinding table in three directions occurred at order 15, which led to increase in mill vibration amplitude. And then, the relationship between the thickness of neck of grinding table and that of supporting plate of blanking zone with the natural frequency was optimized. The results showed that the optimal thickness increment was 100 mm, and the natural frequency bringing about bending of the grinding table surface in three directions increased by 10.05%. Thus the better dynamic characteristics were obtained due to higher natural frequency.
