充填浮选柱在赤铁矿反浮选中的应用试验研究

摘　　要：根据充填浮选柱的优势,将加以充填介质的微泡逆流接触式浮选柱应用于赤铁矿的反浮选流程中,在操作条件和药剂制度条件试验的基础上,确定了一粗一精一扫的浮选流程。对于给矿品位为42.15%的混磁精矿,可以得到精矿品位为67.05%、尾矿品位为11.25%的选别指标,可为充填浮选柱在赤铁矿浮选流程中的应用提供一定的参考依据。According to the advantages of the packed flotation column, the packed micro-bubble countercurrent contacting flotation column was applied to the reverse flotation experiments of a hematite. Based on the conditional experiments for operation parameters and reagent system, the flotation process of one roughing, one cleaning and one scavenging was determined. The separation indexes with iron concentrate grade of 67.05% and tailings grade of 11.25% were achieved from the mixed magnetic concentrate feeding with iron grade of 42.15%, which offered references for application of the packed flotation column to flotation of hematite.
