摘 要:笔者从定子铜耗、铁耗、杂散损耗、转子损耗、机械损耗、结构及工艺改进等方面问题,分析研究了如何提高风机用防爆电动机效率的方法,提出了切实可行的思路,并在YBF710-10型电动机(710 kW,6 kV)上加以验证。对比该产品优化前、后主要电磁数据和试验数据可以看出,优化后电动机总损耗明显减小且效率提高,表明电动机发热量的热负荷明显降低,所需冷风量也明显降低,为风机用防爆电动机设计提供参考依据。The paper explored the methods of improving the efficiency of the explosion-proof motor used in fans from stator copper loss, iron loss, stray loss, rotor loss, mechanical loss, structure and process improvements etc. And then, the practical and feasible ideas were put forward and verified on ~BF710-10 motor (710 kW, 6 kV). The contrast of the main electromagnetic data and test data before and after optimization showed that the optimized motor had remarkable decrease in total loss with high efficiency, which indicated that the thermal load of the motor dropped obviously and the required amount of cold air reduced significantly. The improvement offered references for design of the explosion-proof motor used in fans.
