摘 要:针对传统数控气动风阀的不足,笔者研制了一种新型煤用跳汰机双联动数控风阀,采用步进电动机替代传统的气动,同时控制和驱动风阀进气阀和排气阀的启闭。应用实践表明,该风阀明显优于传统数控气动风阀,具有结构紧凑、瞬间进排风且维护升级简单等特点,为洗选煤企业跳汰机数控风阀系统的升级改造提供了有益借鉴。A new-type double linkage numerically-controlled air valve was developed in view of defects of the traditional numerically-controlled air-powered valve. The stepper motor replaced the traditional high pressure air, so as to drive synchronously operation of inlet valve and outlet valve. Practical application showed that the air valve was superior to the traditional numerically-controlled air-powered valve, and characterized by compact structure, instant air intake and discharge, easiness of maintenance and upgrading. The development of the air valve offered beneficial references for innovation of the numerically-controlled air valve system for coal jigs in coal washery enterprises.
