摘 要:采用数值模拟计算和实验分析研究了某60型射孔弹聚能装药与药型罩在不同的装配分离间隙下穿深的下降规律。仿真计算得到的穿深与间隙关系曲线与实验得到的变化趋势相似,即随间隙的增大,60型射孔弹的穿深呈现出快速下降、略有上升、平缓不变的过程。揭示了穿深曲线在装药和药型罩分离间隙增大至3.5 mm后要经历一个先上升后平缓的特殊过程的事实,并根据数值计算过程分析了分离间隙在4.0~5.0 mm范围内穿深增加现象的原因。The penetrating depth decline law of a 60 type perforating charge with different separation gaps between shaped charge and liner was studied by numerical simulation and experimental analysis .The trends of the penetration depth changing with separation gap , which are obtained by simulation calculation and experimental result , are consistent .As the gap increases, the penetration depth of the 60 perforating charge exhibits a rapid initial decrease , then a little rise, and almost invariance at last .When the gap between charge and liner increases to 3.5mm, the penetration depth curve would go through a special process , in which it first increases and then keeps stable .The reason that the penetration depth increases with the gap in a range of 4.0-5.0mm was analyzed according to the details of numerical procedure .
