浙江省城市工业废弃地系统协同再生对策研究

摘　　要：在界定了工业废弃地的概念以及确定了研究范畴的基础上,论文对浙江省的城市工业废弃地进行了调查分析,梳理总结了目前浙江省城市工业废弃地再生中现存的主要问题。进而,文章提出了工业废弃地"协同再生"的理论观点和研究结构,据此建立了工业废弃地的系统模型,构建了由"生态系统进化"、"产业结构优化"、"社会利益维系"构成的工业废弃地系统协同再生的对策体系框架,并探讨了在上述三个对策框架下,工业废弃地系统协同再生的实施模式与方法。After the definition of the industrial wasteland and determination of the main research contents, this paper pointed out the dominating problems in the regeneration process of the industrial wasteland in Zhejiang Province on the basis of investigation and analysis. Thus, the paper brought forward the theory of ＂Co-regeneration＂ and its research structure, which determined the research structure. On this condition, it established the industrial wasteland system model, constructed the three frameworks of the co-regeneration strategies of the industrial wasteland system, which consisted of the ＂ecosystem evolving＂, the ＂industrial structure optimizing＂ and the ＂social interests maintaining＂. Furthermore, it discussed on the modes and the methods of the co- regeneration of the industrial wasteland system.
