氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察氨基葡萄糖片联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对试验组的62个膝关节进行氨基葡萄糖片口服配合玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔内注射治疗。同时对照组58个膝关节进行单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,然后参照Lysholm膝关节评分和Yang膝关节疼痛及功能评分,进行试验组和对照组之间和各自治疗前后的疗效比较。结果:试验组和对照组治疗后6周、3个月和6个月与治疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6周、3个月和6个月试验组与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨基葡萄糖联合玻璃酸钠治疗和单纯玻璃酸钠膝关节注射治疗对膝关节骨性关节炎均具有很好的效果,但氨基葡萄糖配合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可以提高疗效。OKIECTIVE To observe the clinical effects of glucosamine treatment combined with sodium hyaluronate in the therapy of knee-joint osteoarthritis. METHODS The test group of 62 knees was treated with glucosamine and knee intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. At the same time the control group of 58 knees was iust treated with knee intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. According to the Lysholm knee-joint score and Yang knee-joint pain and function scores, their efficacy between the test group and the control group was compared before and after treatment. RESULTS There was statistic significant difference in test group and control group after 6 weeks, 3months and 6 months＇ treatment as compared to them- selves before treatment （P〈0. 05）. After 6 weeks, 3months and 6 months＇ treatment,there was statistic significant difference between the test group and control group （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Both the treatment of glucosamine with knee joint injection of sodium hyaluronate and the simple injection of sodium hyaluronate have good results to knee-joint osteoarthritis. But the oral treat- ment of glucosamine combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate for knee-joint osteoarthritis can improve the efficacy.
