摘  要:冷风机表面积霜后会使换热效率急剧下降,所以必须及时地对冷风机表面进行除霜处理。不管用何种除霜方法,总会有部分热量散到周围环境,这不但使能量有所损失,而且还破坏了周围的温度场。为了解决这个问题,设计了一个隔断装置,通过不同工况的实验,研究增加融霜隔断装置对热气融霜过程中冷库库温变化、融霜结束时冷风机周围温度场分布、融霜能耗的影响,并通过与未增加隔断装置的相关实验进行分析对比,得出一些结论。The surface of air - cooler has frost, heat exchanger efficiency will fall sharply, so we must deal with the cooler surface to defrost in time. No matter what defrosting method we use, ihere will always be some heat to the surrounding environ- ment, which causes not only loss of energy, but also damages the surrounding temperature field. In order to solve this problem, we designed a partition board. Many experiments in different cold storage temperature were done, and inner temperature of cold storage with time, finished temperature field around air - cooler and defrosting energy were analyzed. Through the comparison with the corresponding experiments without partition board, some decisions were gotten.
