摘 要:通过8根梁的试验研究预应力活性粉末混凝土简支梁的正截面受弯机理。开展试块的抗压、抗折强度及弹性模量等力学性能分析,进行梁的正截面承载力计算值(试验值)与理论值的对比研究。结果表明,无粘结预应力活性粉末混凝土梁的受弯过程主要分为弹性、裂缝扩展、纤维增强和破坏4个阶段,RPC在弹性阶段发挥了一定的抗拉作用,钢纤维的阻裂增强作用延缓了裂缝的开展;提出了活性粉末混凝土梁正截面承载力的计算简图。The bending mechanism of transverse section of prestressed Reactive Powder Conerete(RPC) beam were studied by the test of eight samples. The compression strength, rupture strength and elastic modulus of the RPC test block were analyzed. The test results and the theory results were compared. It shows that there are 4 phases in the destroy course of the RPC beam including elasticity, fracture, fiber reinforced and damage. In the dasticity phase, the RPC can resist some tensile stress. The extension of the beam crack is delayed by the crack resistance and strength enhanced effect of the steel fibers. The calculation diagram of transverse section of prestressed RPC beam was presented.
