摘　　要：美国大学课程委员会是教师评议会内部负责课程事务的委员会,一般由教师代表、学生代表、管理人员代表和课程专家等组成,负责对各院系提交的课程提案,基于学术的理由进行审议、评价、批准或否决,以保证所有课程的学术标准和开设价值。Curriculum committee affiliates to the Faculty Senate and is responsible for all curriculum affairs in American universities. Generally it is made up of representatives of teachers, students, administrative staff and curriculum experts etc. Based on the academic reason, it reviews, evaluates and approves or rejects all course and curriculum proposals submitted by colleges or departments in order to ensure the academic standards and the values of all the curricula.
