摘 要:为开发一种新型夏季凉爽面料,采用桑蚕丝为经纱,改性凉爽涤纶短纤纱和桑蚕丝按不同比例投纬,以2上2下斜纹组织试织1组含不同比例改性凉爽涤纶的夏季凉爽面料。测试了织物的厚度,面密度等基本参数,并通过对面料的瞬态导热、热传系数、蓄热升温和湿阻等实验对凉爽面料的热湿性能进行评价与分析。结果表明:交织面料具有良好的瞬态导热性能;在相对厚度一定情况下,织物内含改性凉爽涤纶比例越高,织物热传性能越佳;改性凉爽涤纶含量高的织物在蓄热升温过程中能够长时间维持织物处于较低温度;蚕丝相较于改性凉爽涤纶具有更好的透湿性能。In order to develop a new type of cool-keeping summer fabric,trial weaving of such fabrics was conducted with silk as warp and modified polyester yarn/silk blend yarn as filling using 2 up/2 down twill weave. The basic parameters such as thickness and surface density of the fabrics were tested, and the influence of transient heat transmission, heat transfer coefficient, thermal accumulation and temperature rising, and wet resistance on the thermal-wet properties of the fabrics was investigated. The result indicated that: the interweave silk fabric has good transient heat transmission; when fabric thickness is fixed, higher the content of modified polyester, better the heat transfer; and the fabric with high content of modified polyester can maintain cool state for a long time in the process of thermal accumulation and temperature rising. Silk has a better moisture vapor transmitting performance than modified polyester.
