摘  要:针对传统平网印花机印花单元抗干扰能力差,通信联网功能弱,印花刮刀驱动速度及位置定位控制精度低,网框提升污染大等不足,提出一种对传统平网印花机印花单元网络化及电气控制系统优化设计方案。以松下FP-X PLC为印花单元中心控制器,各印花单元通过PC-LINK工业通信网络组成印花监控系统,以触摸屏作为显示和监控单元,动态监控生产过程。同时采用新型永磁同步伺服驱动策略对印花单元刮刀系统和网框提升等电气控制系统进行改进。对多个印染企业印花设备进行优化改造的实践结果表明,改造后系统具有控制精度高,速度快,功能全,自动化程度高等优点,提高了企业管理效率和生产效益。In response of the deficiency of the convenitional flat screen printing unit such as poor antiinterference ability, weak communication networking function, low accuracy in position control, serious pollution of the network frame and so on, this paper puts forward an optimized electrical control scheme in which Panasonic FP-X PLC is used as the center controller of printing units which consititute a monitoring control system via PC-LINK communication network, and the touch screen is employed as a display and control unit, dynamically monitoring the production process. The printing unit scraper system and network frame lift-up system technology are improved by using new permanent magnet synchronous servo driving strategy. Through the renovation of a number of enterprises' equipment, the results show that the system has high control precision, fast speed, full function, and high degree of automation, improving the efficiency of production and management of enterprises.
