摘 要:通过纤维素浆粕在溶胀过程中厚度的变化以及溶胀前后结晶程度的变化,研究了纤维素浆粕在NMMO/H2O中的溶胀行为。详细研究了溶胀工艺条件NMMO/H2O溶液的浓度的增加、溶胀温度及时间对纤维素浆粕厚度的影响,结果表明随着NMMO浓度的增加、溶胀温度的升高,纤维素浆粕厚度变化明显,溶胀效果较好。用X-射线衍射法分析了纤维素浆粕溶胀前后的衍射峰的变化,发现NMMO/H2O能进入纤维素的结晶区,改变纤维素的结晶程度,且NMMO/H2O溶液浓度越大、温度越高,纤维素的结晶度变化越明显。The swelling behaviors of cellulose in N-methyl morpholine solution (NMMO/H20) were investigated by measuring the thickness and crystallinity changes before and after swelling of cellulose pulp in NMMO/H20. The effects of swelling conditions such as the concentration NMMO/H20 solution, swell time and temperature on the thickness of cellulose pulp were discussed. The results showed that cellulose pulp showed obvious change in thickness and good swelling effect with the increase of the NMMO concentration and swelling temperature, and X-ray diffraction analysis was used to analyze the change of the diffraction peak of the cellulose pulp before and after swelling and it was found that NMMO/ H20 can enter into the crystal region of the cellulose and change the crystallinity of the cellulose, and higher the concentration of NMMO/H20 solution and temperature, more obvious the change of the crystallinity of the cellulose.
