论超循环经济——兼论生态经济、循环经济、低碳经济、绿色经济的异同

摘　　要：系统研究了生态经济、低碳经济、循环经济、绿色经济几种经济类型的异同与缺陷,认为几种经济形态存在视角狭隘、目标内涵的重复性表述、实践指导性不足、发展界限模糊等问题;结合超循环理论中的反应循环、催化循环和超循环概念,提出了超循环经济的概念模型、内涵特征、系统结构、运行原则,从经济内循环、经济中循环与经济超循环三个层面,提出了"实施企业清洁生产、构建超循环经济园区和区域性超循环经济园区网"的三大实现途径。超循环经济概念的提出,为循环经济、产业园区、规模经济的发展提供了理论依据。The systematic study of the ecological economy, low-carbon economy, circular economy, green economy of the difference between the differences and similarities between several types of defects in the economy that exists in the form of several economic perspective narrow connotation repeated target sexual expression, lack of practical guidance, development and other issues blurred. Combined cycle theory of hyper-reaction cycle, the catalytic cycle and hyper-cycle concept, the concept of a hyper-cycle economic model connotation characteristics, system architecture, operating principles, from an economic inner loop, recycling economy and economic hyper-cycle three levels proposed ＂implementing cleaner production, recycling economy to build ultra-ultra-circular economy park and regional park network＂ three ways. Hyper-cycle economic concept proposed for the recycling economy industrial park, the scale of economic development provides a theoretical basis.
