多区域合作背景下桂台农业产业合作的成效和趋势及对策

摘　　要：扩大桂台经贸合作是发展海峡两岸关系,实现祖国和平统一和民族经济振兴的一项重要工作,更是广西提升自身竞争力的必然选择。近年来,广西吸引外商直接投资不断扩大,进出口商品总值逐渐增加,落户广西的台资企业开始增多,合作载体与机制不断完善,但依然存在经济基础比较薄弱、投资环境有待改善、企业自主创新能力不足等问题。桂台农业优势互补,农业产业合作层次将不断提高、合作领域将不断扩宽、合作方式将不断多样化,同时必须采取健全农业产业长期合作机制、根据区域优势选择承接产业、合理农业布局与载体建设、地方政府的适当扶持与引导等政策措施。To expand economic and trade cooperation between Guangxi and Taiwan is the development of Cross Straits relations, is an important work of the peaceful reunification of the motherland and the development of national economy, is the inevitable choice to improve the competitiveness of Guangxi. In recent years, Guangxi has attracted much foreign direct investment, the total value of import and export commodities has increased, and the funded enterprises of Taiwan begin to increase, the carrier and the mechanism is to improve, but there is still weak economic base, investment environment needs to be improved, innovation ability of the enterprises is want. Guangxi and Taiwan agricultural advantage is complementary, level of agricultural industry cooperation will continue to improve, will continue to broad areas of cooperation, cooperation will continue to diversify. At the same time, measures must be taken to perfect long-term cooperation mechanism according to the regional advantage in agriculture industry, to choose the industries rational agricultural layout and carrier construction, to support and guide the appropriate policies and measures.
