摘 要:摘要:目的采用反相高效液相色谱法测定四种梨皮中绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱为AgilentTC—C19(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈一0.4%磷酸水溶液(7.5:92.5),检测波长为327nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为30℃。结果线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回归方程为Y=33.241X一0.0359,线性范围为O.08—0.64Ixg,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.8%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,四种梨皮中绿原酸的含量差异较大,为中药梨皮的质量控制和评价提供了一定的科学依据。Objective To develop a method using HPLC for the content determination of chlorogenic acid in four kinds of pear skin. Methods Aglient TC- C18 Column was used with acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric solution(7.5:92.5) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength at 327 nm, and flow rate was 1. OmL/min. The column temperature was maintained at 30~C. Re- suits The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08 - 0.64~g, r = 0. 9999. The linear equation is Y = 33. 241X - 0.0359. The average recovery was 98.2% , RSD = 1.8% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The content of chlorogenic acid in four kinds of pear skin is different, which provides a scientific foundation for traditional Chinese medicine pear skin quality control and evaluation.
