人参-当归药对脂溶性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用研究

摘　　要：目的分析人参-当归药对中的脂溶性成分,为其药对的应用提供参考。方法运用GC-MS进行分离测定,结合质谱库检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果人参-当归药对、单味药人参和单味药当归分辨出的色谱峰,通过质谱库对其进行定性,分别得到32、23和23个定性结果,占总含量的85.078%、86.033%和70.218%。结论药对中的脂溶性成分较单味药的成分种类要多,且成分、含量差异较大。Objective The Lipid Soluble Constituents of Ginseng compatibility with Angelica was analyzed by GC - MS, so as to provide references for the application of it. Methods The components were isolated and identified by GC - MS. The components were identified by their mass spectra. The relative contents in percentage were calculated from the GC peak areas. Results As the mass spectra shows, the chromatographic peaks of Ginseng - Angelica, single Ginseng and single Angelica present three results, which are 32, 23 and 23, and accounted for 85. 078%, 86. 033% and 70. 218 % of total content respectively. Conclusion The types of lipid soluble constituents in double - drugs compatibility are more than single drug, and have big difference in composi- tion and content.
