摘　　要：四磨汤由槟榔、人参、乌药、沉香4味药组成,组方简单,但是临床应用及临床疗效都不错,尤其是在胃肠功能方面的疗效有相当多的研究报告。文章通过了解四磨汤及其活性成分对胃肠动力的作用,可知四磨汤可改善胃肠动力障碍症状,但机制不明;各药物活性成分均有不同程度的胃肠动力作用。The simotang is by Betel nut, ginseng, aggregata and aloes. The preseription is simple, but the clinical applications and clinical efficacy are good, especially in the efficacy of gastrointestinal function. Simotang has been proved to have the effect of improving symptoms of gastrointestinal dysmotility, but the mechanism is unclear. And all the pharmaceutical active ingredients have different levels of gastrointestinal motility effects.
