摘  要:目的对6个丹参品系的主要农艺性状、产量及药效成分含量进行比较,为不同用途的丹参育种提供一定的依据。方法对6个丹参品系的地上部株型、叶型、分枝特点、花型、花量、产量等农艺性状进行调查和测量,采用HPLC法测定其根中的药用成分含量,并分析了各性状间相关关系;结果 6个品系间植株形态、产量及品质均存在显著差异。结果经过综合分析,筛选出高脂溶性成分的优质品系白花18号、高丹酚酸B含量的优质品系紫花23号,以及高产丹参品系紫花74号。结论 3个丹参优良品系的筛选为山东丹参产区的新品种培育奠定了重要基础。Objective To provide theoretical basis for breeding good varieties of Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) in Shandong Province with different uses, main agronomic characters, yield and active ingredients contents of 6 different SM new varieties were studied. Methods 5 random samples for every variety selected were investigated for agronomic characters, root characters,weight per plant were measured and active ingredients were determined by RP - HPLC. Results There were significant differences in main agro- nomic characters,including weight per plant and active ingredients contents. Conclusion Three good SM varieties were selected for different uses,ZH74 line a high yield line for cultivation, BH18 higher contents in liposoluble ingredients especially tanshinone IIA, and ZH23 higher content in salvianolic acid B. Those might be more suitable for cultivation in the Shandong region.
