摘 要:研究了两种含环氧基的硅烷偶联剂2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷(E-6)和3-(2,3-环氧丙氧基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(E-3)分别在反应介质CH3COONa—CH3COOH酸性缓冲溶液(pH值5.50)和Na2HPO3—NaH2PO3碱性缓冲溶液(pH值7.80)中对明胶的改性反应,采用红外光谱和差式扫描量热法(DSC)对改性产物进行了表征,并测定了改性明胶的吸水率与耐酶解能力。结果表明,两种环氧基硅烷偶联剂改性后明胶的热稳定性提高,尤其是碱性条件下E-3改性明胶的热变性温度提高最为显著,由未改性明胶的58.2℃提高到了89.6℃;无论是酸性还是碱性条件下,E-3改性明胶的吸水率都明显降低;碱性条件下E-3改性明胶酶解率由未改性明胶的90%下降至50%,抗酶解能力最强。可见,在实验条件范围中碱性条件下E-3改性明胶的稳定性最优。Two epoxysilane coupling agents, such as 2-(3, 4-epoxycyclohexyl) ethyhrimethoxysilane (E-6) and 3-(2, 3-e- pogypropoxyl) propyhrimethoxysilane (E-3), were applied to modify gelatin in the reaction medium acidic buffer solution (pH 5.50) or alkaline buffer solution (pH 7.80), respectively. The modified gelatins were characterized by infrared spectrum analy- sis and differential scanning calorimetry, and the water absorption capacity and resistance to enzymatic degradation ability were also tested. The results showed that the thermal stability of two silane coupling agent modified gelatins had improved significantly, and especially, theE-3 silane modifiedgelatinin alkaline medium, which possessed thermal denaturation tem- perature (Td) 89.6 ~C,while the unmodified gelatin had Td 58.2 ~C.The'water absorption of modified gelatin was decreased. The resistance to enzymatic degradation ability of gelatin was also significantly improved by modification withE-3 silaneun- der alkaline conditions, for which the enzymatic hydrolysis rate was 50%, while the unmodified gelatin was 90%. As a result the E-3 silanemodified gelatin in alkaline mediumhas optimal stability.
