摘 要:合成新型多氨基支化结构水溶性壳聚糖衍生物(cs—HCA)并用于超纤合成革的改性,探讨了其对超细纤维合成革性能影响。抗菌实验结果表明:在pH=6的弱酸性条件下,0.05%质量分数的合成产物对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达99%;染色实验表明:当改性产品的用量达到O.6%~0.8%(以基布质量计)时,上染率达到最大值95.3%;超纤合成革经改性后其透水汽性提高20%;15min的吸水性增加21.5%,24h的吸水性增加25.4%,卫生性能得到了显著提高。A new type of soluble chitosan derivatives (CS-HCA) with multi-branched amino structure were prepared and ap- plied for modification of microfiber synthetic leather.The antibacterial experimental results showed that the inhibition ratio of 0.05% mass fraction of the synthetic product to coli was 99% at pH=6; Dyeing experiment showed that when the usage of CS- HCA is from 0.6 to 0.8% (based on fabric mass), the absorption ratio of dyestuff reached a maximum value by 95.3%;After modification by CS-HCA,the water vapor permeability of microfiber synthetic leather was increased by 20%; 15min and 24h of water absorption increased by 21.5% and 25.4% respectively, hygienic property was improved significantly.
