摘　　要：目的评估鄱阳湖生态经济区血吸虫病疫区居民血防的干预效果,为相关控制措施制定提供科学依据。方法对鄱阳湖区血吸虫病重疫区县(都昌、彭泽、星子)进行相关综合教育干预,并对干预前后进行抽样评估。结果干预后居民在血防认知、态度方面整体有大幅度提高,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在行为方面,干预后居民接触疫水的人次数大幅度下降;在疫水接触方式中,除居民放牧构成比增加外,其他接触方式的构成比均表现出下降趋势,与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在血吸虫病重疫区,除了开展血吸虫病普查、普治的同时,还应加强改水、改厕和综合性健康教育等措施,才能从根本上有效控制血吸虫病疫情。Objective This study aimed to assess interventions on schistosomiasis control （SC） among susceptible residents in Poyang lake ecological region, so as to provide scientific references for developing SC measures. Methods Comprehensive education intervention was carried out in Poyang lake schistosomiasis endemic area including counties of Duehang, Pengze and Xingzi. A sampling method was implemented to evaluate the SC cognition and behavior change of the residents before and after the interven- tion. Results After the intervention, the cognition, attitudes and behavior of the residents towards SC were greatly improved. Com- pared to the situation before intervention, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The exposure frequency of residents to infected water decreased after intervention. As for the way of contacting infected water, the proportion of resident grazing behavior increased and other ways decreased, with statistically significant differences compared to those before intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In schistosomiasis endemic areas, in addition to the mass screening and treatment of schistosomiasis, it is important to take other measures such as improving water supply, rebuilding toilet and conducting comprehensive health education and so on, to fun- damentally control endemic schistosomiasis.
