摘　　要：目的探讨医学院校大学生网络依赖现状,为预防和干预医学院校大学生网络依赖提供理论依据。方法采用中文网络成瘾量表以及自制的学生基本情况调查表,对医学院校238名在校本科生进行问卷调查。结果医学院校大学生中5.04%的学生存在严重网络依赖,15.55%的学生存在轻中度网络依赖;女生在网络依赖总分及4个因子上依赖程度得分均高于男生,差异有统计学意义;在人际与健康、时间管理问题两个因子上,大一年级学生网络依赖程度得分高于大三学生,差异有统计学意义,其余因子差异无统计学意义。结论重视医学院校大学生网络依赖及主要影响因素,需要社会、高校和学生个体均采取积极措施,引导学生自觉养成使用电脑和上网的良好习惯,预防在校大学生产生网络依赖。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the present situation of internet addiction among college students in a medical college, in order to provide theoretical basis to prevent and intervene internet addiction among medical college students. Methods Two hundred and thirty-eight undergraduate students in a medical college participated in the survey for basic information and completed the questionnaires based on the Chinese Internet addiction scale. Results In this medical college, 5.04% students showed serious internet addiction, while 15.55% of them showed moderate internet addition. The total scores and other four factors of internet addition in female students were significantly higher than those in male students. For the factors regarding healthy social- izing behavior and time management, freshmen scored significant higher than junior students. However, there was no significant dif- ference between freshmen and junior students for other four factors. Conclusion We should pay attention to internet addiction and the corresponding influence factors among medical college students. It is necessary for the whole society, college administrations, and students to take positive measures. In order to prevent intemet addiction among college students, it is important to guide stu- dents to develop good habits in using computers and the internet.
