通乳探针的研究及临床应用

摘　　要：目的:研究通乳探针及其临床应用。方法通过乳汁淤积的临床特点及银的物理学特点,研究通乳探针作用原理,通过对符合条件的32例产妇使用通乳探针,采用级乳管排空分级,探讨和分析通乳探针在临床应用的可行性和通乳疗效观察。结果:32例产妇和8例复发中39例实现乳管级通畅,1例未通畅,再次通过乳管镜通乳后达到级通畅。结论通乳探针可以有效解决乳管开口处堵塞型乳汁淤积。Objective：The study and clinical application of probe derdging galatophore.Method：Fellowing with Clinical characteris-tics of galactostasis and the silver features,we have inverted the probe derdging galatophore.then,by the four levels on derdging gala-tophore,with 32 desired patients,observe the feasibility and curative effect of the probe derdging galatophore.Result：Through the treat-ment with probe derdging galatophore,39 patients of 32 new onsets and 8 relapses passed the  level of derdging galatophore.After the treatment of the Ductoscopy, the another patient passed the  level of derdging galatophore.Conclusion：The probe derdging gala-tophore is an effective means treating the galactostasis of clogged open end.
