摘　　要：目的:探讨防盲手术的疗效及相关并发症。方法:对我区2009-2012共4年度接受扶贫手术的802只患眼进行回顾性研究,分析疗效,并发症及相关处理经验。结果:绝大多数患者恢复有效视力,脱残率74.56%,脱盲率为97.88%结论:防盲手术的实施为贫困白内障患者改善了视力,但是术后并发症同样需要密切关注。Objective To investigate the effect of the operation for prevention of blindness and complications.Methods 802 causes of cataract operation for prevention of blindness were studied retrospectively,and curative effect, complications and treat-ment experience was analyzed . Results Most of the patients had recovered of effective visual acuity, the handicap-overcome rate is 74.56%,The blindness-free rate is 97.88%. Conclusions operation for prevention of blindness had improved eyesight of poor popu-lation, but postoperative complications also needed to pay close attention to.
